Chocolate and milk cream: a dessert you'll fall in love with!

This dessert is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS

1 L milk (33.8oz)

3 tbsp of starch

200 g (1 cup) of sugar

1 egg yolk

1 tbsp butter

10g (1 tbsp) of vanilla

250ml (8.45oz) whipped cream

100g (2/3 cup) chocolate

Chocolate shredded

Strawberries

METHOD

To prepare this creamy dessert, pour in the milk, add the starch, sugar, egg yolks and stir over low heat until the ingredients are combined. Then add butter and vanilla sugar. Allow the cream to cool to room temperature.
Divide the cream into two parts. In the candy, part add whipped cream and stir, and in the other part add chocolate. Pour the cream into glasses, decorate with pieces of chocolate and strawberries.
