No leavened donuts: how to make them in less than 1 hour!

INGREDIENTS
250ml milk
100 g sugar
Lemon zest
1 egg
80ml oil
550g flour
16g baking powder
Granulated sugar to coat

Granulated sugar to coat
METHOD
- Mix the milk with the sugar, lemon zest, egg, and oil. Gradually add the flour, add the baking powder, then add the rest of the flour. Massage the dough well and cut into medium-sized circles. Cut the center out with a smaller cutter to form a donut.
- Fry in oil, cooking on each side, and coat with sugar to serve.
