Chocolate and biscuits salami: no-bake and simply delicious!

You only need a few ingredients to make a great no-bake dessert in no-time!
INGREDIENTS

1st mixture:
200g Dark chocolate
150ml heavy cream
150ml heavy cream
2nd mixture:
100g sugar
120g toasted hazelnuts
120g toasted hazelnuts
3rd mixture:
250g butter
100g powdered sugar
5 tbsp cognac
50g cocoa powder
270g cookies
100g powdered sugar
5 tbsp cognac
50g cocoa powder
270g cookies
METHOD
- 1st mixture: put several pieces of dark chocolate in a bowl, add heavy cream, cover with cling film and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. Take out of the microwave and mix well until combined.
- 2nd mixture: pour some of the sugar into a pan and melt, slowly add more sugar until you get the caramel. Then add the hazelnuts and coat well. Place the hazelnuts on some kitchen paper and allow the mixture to cool. Once cool, crush the hazelnuts to make a praline.
- 3rd mixture: mix butter, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. Add the 1st mixture (chocolate and heavy cream) and 2nd mixture (praline). Pour the cognac over the cookies, then break them and add them to the chocolate mixture. Mix with your hands without breaking the cookies up too much.
- Pour the mixture onto a piece of baking paper and form a log. Wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Cut into slices to serve.
