Almond cookies: the recipe to make them delicous

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
330 gr butter
10 gr baking powder
125 g icing sugar
1 sachet of vanillin
90 gr toasted almonds

Directions:
In the planetary mixer, work the flour, baking powder, icing sugar, vanillin and butter. Then add the almonds and let the ingredients integrate until it forms a stick. Then form biscuits of 25 gr each. Bake at 340°F (170°) for 15 minutes and then pass them in the icing sugar.
