Hamburger buns: the easy recipe to prepare them at home

Ingredients:
450 gr of flour 0
150 g of sourdough
200 ml of whole milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
40 ml of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
sourdough can be replaced with a yeast made with:
100 gr of flour
50 ml of water
7/8 gr of brewer's yeast
Preparation:
If you do not have the sourdough, prepare the yeast by dissolving the yeast in the water and adding the flour. Make a dough and double it, then proceed as per recipe. Pour the flour into the mixer bowl, then the yeast, a spoonful of sugar, milk and egg. Knead and then add the oil and a teaspoon of salt. Work the dough on the work surface and let rise until doubled (at least 4 hours). Divide it into 10 pieces of 90 gr each. Roll out each loaf and let rise until doubled. Brush a beaten egg with a dash of milk. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 18-20 minutes.
