Painting focaccia: letting your creative juices flow!

How to make amazing fantasy focaccia!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour;
1 tsp salt;
1 tsp dry yeast;
1 cup warm water;
4 tbsp olive oil;
Vegetables and greens for decorating.
METHOD
- Combine all of the ingredients listed together to form a smooth and sticky dough.
- Drizzle with olive oil generously, cover the dough with plastic and let sit in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and leave for 1 hour. Pour the dough into an oiled rectangular baking pan, spread with your fingers lightly, then let sit for 2-3 hours more.
- Poke the surface with your fingers to release some air. Decorate your focaccia with any vegetable or greens of your choice.
- Bake 220C/430F for 25-30 minutes.
