Bravas sauce potato: the Spanish recipe to enjoy your meal

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Sauce:
Olive oil
100 gr onions
20 gr flour
200 gr tomato pulp
Sweet and spicy paprika
Cumin
Vegetable or meat broth
Salt and pepper
Directions:
In a pan fry the onion then add flour and tomato pulp.
Then add paprika, cumin, salt, pepper and broth. Thicken and blend.
Cut the potatoes and fry them. Serve them with the sauce and enjoy them.
