Savory stuffed donut: the tasty meal to enjoy with your family

Ingredients:
Dough:
500 gr of 00 flour
1 egg
200 + 50 ml of milk
1 teaspoon sugar
50 ml of seed oil
4 gr of dry brewer's yeast
1 teaspoon salt
Stuffed:
500 gr of broccoli
200 gr of sausage
150 gr of diced cheese
milk to brush
sesame seeds to taste
Preparation:
Dough: dissolve the yeast in the milk, then pour over the flour. Mix and add sugar, oil and egg. Knead and finally add the salt.
Let the dough rise for two hours.
In the meantime, fry the broccoli (or turnip greens) in garlic and oil, then add the sausages and cook.
Roll out the dough, fill it and brush the milk. Add the sesame seeds and let rise for 1-2 hours. Then bake at 356°F (180°) until golden brown.
