Egg stuffed baguette: a quick idea for a tasty snack!

Pour the eggs into each baguette and bake for 25 minutes! The end result is so yummy!
INGREDIENTS
• 4 small baguettes
• 4 large eggs
• 2 tbsp whole milk
• 4 tbsp cooked bacon bits
• 1/3 cup grated cheese
• 2 tbsp chopped chives

METHOD
- Cut a strip out of the top of a baguette, removing most of the filling. Pour eggs into a bowl, add milk, bacon, chives, cheese, and mix.
- Pour the mixture into each baguette. Bake for 25 minutes at 180ºC (350ºF).
