Homemade tortillas: easy, light and very mouthwatering

Ingredients:
150 gr of re-milled semolina
150 gr of flour 0
30 gr of olive oil
180 gr of hot water
8 gr of instant yeast
3/4 gr of salt
Directions:
Insert the two flour into the bowl, then the yeast. Mix and then add the oil and half of the total amount of water. Also add the salt and mix.
Gradually add the water.
Form a homogeneous dough, then divide it and form balls.
Cover them and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Then roll out and cook in a non-stick pan. Grease the hot pan a little and insert them.
