How to prepare a delicious Italian piadina without yeast

Ingredients:
200 gr 00 flour
70 ml water
40 ml milk
20 ml olive oil
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
Sift the flour and add a pinch of salt, then start kneading by adding the water.
Then also add milk and oil. Form a loaf and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Then make balls and roll them out. Cook them in a non-stick pan on both sides.
