The secret to make the perfect homemade bread in a few steps!

Simple no-fail and no mixer required, everyone could make this easy bread! 

INGREDIENTS
Water 500 ml
Sugar 2 tsp
Yeast 1 pack
Rye flour 1 cup
Wheat flour 3,5 cups
Salt
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl add warm water, mix with sugar and yeast.
  2. Add in flour and mix well, leave for 40 minutes then mix again and leave for 30 minutes more.
  3. Bake at 220’C ( 425’F) 50 minutes.
