Fluffy dill bread: the recipe to make it in a pan

A delicious Russian recipe to try absolutely.
Ingredients:
700 gr flour
400 gr water
50 gr sunflowers oil
25 g brewer's yeast (or 7 g dry)
25 gr sugar
1 teaspoon salt
15 gr dill or parsley
Optional filling
Preparation:
In a bowl mix the yeast with the sugar, then add the water.
Then add salt and seed oil.
Then add the dill and flour, mix and let the dough rise for an hour.
Then divide it into small portions and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Then mash them and form your pan focaccia (the process is the same with or without filling).
Cook in a pan with sunflowers oil.
