1) Chocolate and strawberry roll: it's amazing what you can do with pluriball!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Milk chocolate, melted
125g sugar
4 eggs
125g flour
100g icing sugar
200g heavy cream
1 cup Strawberry
METHOD
Beat eggs with sugar into thick foam
Add flour and stir with the spatula.
Pour the dough in a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C / 350°F
Beat cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Cover pluriball with melted chocolate and put the cooled cake on it
Add the cream, strawberries and roll
Cool for 2-3 hours.

2 packs of lady finger biscuits
White cream:
500ml cream
500ml cream
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tbsp vanilla
2 tablespoons strawberry syrup
Strawberry

METHOD
1. Cover the form with plastic wrap
2. Soak the biscuits in the milk and put in the form
3. In 2 different bawls, whip cream, add 1 tsp sugar to each bowl and 1 tbsp vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form.
4. In one bowl with cream add strawberry syrup
5. Lay out white cream first, then pink cream
6. Cover the form with plastic wrap and cool for 3-4 hours
7. Decorate with strawberries

500g Mascarpone
400g strawberries, sliced
150g white chocolate, finely chopped
4 egg whites
200ml whipped cream
20 pcs Ladyfinger cookies
shredded coconut
To decorate
•strawberry
• shredded coconut
INGREDIENTS

lemon juice
METHOD

500g Mascarpone
400g strawberries, sliced
150g white chocolate, finely chopped
4 egg whites
200ml whipped cream
20 pcs Ladyfinger cookies

1. Chop the strawberries finely, mix with sugar and lemon juice, let stand 30 minutes
2. Mush with blender into puree
3. Beat the egg whites
4. Beat yolks with sugar, add mascarpone and beat again
5. Add strawberries, white chocolate, whipped whites, whipped cream
6. Mix well with a spatula
7. Dip ladyfingers in strawberry mixture and put in a baking form.
8. Pour half of the cream and sprinkle with coconut.
9. A layer of ladyfingers, a layer of cream. Chill 5 hours
10. Decorate with strawberry slices and sprinkle with shredded coconut.

• 1 cup cold water
• 10 fresh strawberries, sliced
Chocolate layer
1 1/2 cup half and half milk
14 g unflavored gelatin,
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup granulated sugar
fresh strawberries
fresh mint sprigs
METHOD
1. Put small muffin molds in a metal muffin pan.
2. In a bowl, add 1 cup boiling water and strawberry jelly and stir for 1 minute until completely dissolved, add cold water
3. Set aside to cool.
4. Add chopped strawberries in glasses and pour over the jelly.
5. Chill 2 hours

1. In a saucepan, add cream and sprinkle on top of the gelatin.
2. Add sugar and cocoa.
3. Put on medium-high and heat to boil. Then remove from heat.
4. Set aside to cool.
5. As soon as the chocolate mixture has cooled, pour it into glasses.

7. Decorate with half a strawberry and mint.
