Banana cake: a no-bake dessert to try!

Easy, delicious and so quick!
INGREDIENTS

• bananas
• 2 cups flour
•3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp vanillin
• 3 tbsp cocoa
• 3 cups milk
• 3 tbsp corn starch
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp vanillin
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 80g / ½ cup chocolate
• 200ml / 7oz whipped cream
• 1 cup cold milk
METHOD
- Beat eggs with sugar. Add milk, vegetable oil and vanilla. Beat. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F. Cool the cake. Gently cut the top of the cake with a knife, stepping back a few centimeters from the edges.
- Mix all the ingredients for custard. Bring to thickening over low heat. After the cream has thickened, turn off the heat, add the butter and vanillin. Cool the cream.
- Cooking whipped cream in a bowl, whisk a glass of milk with a bag of whipped cream. Mix with custard. Grind the chocolate.
