1) Sheermal: a fluffy bread made with milk!
A slightly sweet and soft bread everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup warm milk
• 1 large egg
• 100g ghee
• 1 tbsp yeast
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 cups flour
• sesame seeds
• Black cumin seeds
METHOD
Combine milk, egg, melted butter and sugar.
Then add yeast and flour, leave the dough rest for 1 hour.
Then spread the dough, cover and let rest for another 20 minutes.
Made in the form shown in the video and bake at 160°F/320°C for 25 minutes.

2) Cheese focaccia: freshly baked at home in a few steps!
How to make the best cheese focaccia bread.
INGREDIENTS
350g flour
50g semolina,
150g milk
1 tbsp yeast
75g oil
1 tbsp sugar
Salt
Filling:
500g chicken
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp dry garlic
2 bell peppers
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp pepper flakes
1 tsp cumin
½ cup parsley
parmesan cheese
cream cheese
egg yolk
black olives
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Let rise.
Sauté the onion. Add chopped peppers, chopped chicken and spices. Cook for 5-7 min and add parsley.
Divide the dough into two parts and roll them. Put one cake on a baking sheet with parchment paper. then put the filling and sprinkle with parmesan. Cover with a second cake and close the edges of the dough forming focaccia. Pierce the dough with a toothpick and turn over. Also, pierce the dough with a toothpick.
Grease the focaccia with the yolk. Garnish the cream with cheese and olives.
Bake for 30 min at 180°C/350°F.

1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper
METHOD
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dough.
Knead on the counter, cover and let rise
After the dough opens, flatten with a hand in a circle.
Brush with an egg around the edges.
Spread garlic butter evenly over the surface. Again mark the jammed spoons to make it easier to put the cheese.
Insert mozzarella slices to fill the dough. Add freshly ground black pepper on top.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 20-25 minutes.

450 g (16 oz) flour;
1 tsp salt;
2 tbsp sugar;
15 g (0.5 oz) fresh yeast;
1 onion, peeled and sliced;
100 g (3.5 oz) cheese, shredded;
Dried italian herbs, a pinch of salt;
Sour cream.
METHOD
Whisk sugar and crumbled yeast with some warm water.
Combine flour with salt, add buttermilk and yeast solution. Knead the dough until it forms into a ball, transfer onto the working surface, add butter and knead until smooth.
Cover the ball of dough and set aside in warmth to rise until doubled.
Slice the dough in half, stretch each half out to form a circle. Brush with sour cream, add cheese, onion rings and some Italian herbs on top.
Bake for 190C/375F for 20-25 minutes.
