Sponge cake without baking powder: the tip to make it delicious

Ingredients:
6 eggs at room temperature
200 gr flour
150 gr caster sugar
Vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation:
Heat a pan with water.
Cover the pot with a bowl and when the water starts to boil remove it from the heat.
Whip the eggs in the bowl and gradually add the sugar.
You will need to get a foamy mixture.
Sift and combine the vanilla flour and flavor.
Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter mold.
Bake at 340°F (170°) for 30 minutes.
