Tangerine bread buns: how to make them fluffy and delicious!

So light and moist at the same time. With just a few ingredients you can make it and enjoy it in a few minutes!
INGREDIENTS

5 Tangerines
2 Eggs
Water to taste
Flour – 500 g
Sugar – 2 Tbsp
Dry yeast – 1 Tbsp
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Custard
METHOD
- Peel off tangerines and put them in a blender and add eggs and water. Blend until it is all together.
- In a large bowl add flour, sugar, dry yeast, blended tangerines and oil. Mix it and leave it covered for 15 minutes.
- Divide into many balls. Spread each ball and fill it with custard. Coat it with egg yolks and cook in the pan with lid.
- Serve and decorate with icing sugar.
