Ricotta sponge cake: all the simple steps to make it special

Ingredients:
300 gr flour
300 gr ricotta
200 gr sugar
3 eggs
100 gr butter
1 sachet of yeast
Zest of 1 orange
Chocolate chips
Directions:
Whip the ricotta with sugar and eggs, then add the butter. Mix well and add flour, baking powder and orange zest.
Put the dough in a 24 cm buttered mold and add the chocolate chips.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
