Fluffy and stuffed Danubio: the recipe to make the famous dessert

Ingredients (28 cm diameter mold):
500 gr 00 flour
70 gr sugar
15 gr brewer's yeast
180 gr eggs
80 ml milk
15 gr honey
15 gr rum
1/2 lemon zest
180 gr soft butter
8 g salt
Hazelnut cream for filling
1 egg and milk to brush
Directions:
In a bowl put honey, rum, lemon zest and leave to rest.
Add flour, sugar, crumbled beer yeast and milk to the planetary mixer. Then add the eggs and the herbs.
Then add the butter and add to the rest. Finally add the salt.
Put the dough in a bowl and let rise until doubled in volume.
Then divide the dough into many balls and stuff them.
Let the balls rise for another 30 minutes.
Then brush the egg and milk on the surface.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20-25 minutes.
