Potatoes and sausages cake: ready in less than 60 minutes!

This easy dinner is a great way to use up any sausages left over from a weekend barbecue.
INGREDIENTS

5 medium potatoes
2 pork sausages
150 g smoked scamorza cheese (or provola)
2 spoons Parmesan
1 sprig Rosemary
Origano
Fine salt
METHOD
- To prepare the crushed sausage and potatoes in the oven, first peel the potatoes. Rinse them under running water and cut them into cubes.
- Spice as desired and add the diced cheese and then the rosemary. Bake at 200 degrees, 30-40 minutes.
