1) Easy potato bread in a pan: the perfect alternative to usual bread!
INGREDIENTS
flour – 300g
boil potato – 750g
salt – 1 tsp
butter – 50g
cottage cheese – 200g
eggs – 2 pcs
baking soda – 1 tsp
METHOD
Mix in bowl boiled potato, cheese, eggs, flour, salt and baking soda.
Knead the dough. Leaving him to rest.
Divide dough into 8 parts.
Spread out with a pinch.
Steam in a frying pan.
Coat with butter.

2) 2 ingredients recipes: ready in just a few minutes!
Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 ¾ cup self-raising flour
Pizza sauce
Pepperoni slices
Grated mozzarella cheese
METHOD:
1. Mix flour with Greek yogurt to make the dough and form the pizza base.
2. Spread over pizza sauce, add pepperoni slices and grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC.
Bagels
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 ¾ cup self-raising flour
Spices
Egg
METHOD:
Mix flour with Greek yogurt to make the dough, cut into 4 equal parts and form a ring with each piece.
Brush with egg and sprinkle over mixed spices and bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC.
Pretzels
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 ¾ cup self-raising flour
Coarse salt
Egg
METHOD:
1.Mix flour with Greek yogurt to make the dough, cut into 8 equal parts and form pretzels with each piece.
2.Brush with egg and sprinkle with coarse salt and bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC.
Garlic sandwiches
INGREDIENTS:
3 slices sandwich bread;
2 tbsp butter, softened (+ more for brushing);
¾ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded;
5 garlic cloves, minced;
¼ tsp chili flakes;
¼ tsp dried Italian herbs;
2 tbsp parsley, chopped.
METHOD:
1. Mix softened butter with cheese, parsley, minced garlic, chili flakes and dried herbs.
2. Brush bread with melted butter, flip it buttered side down and spread cheese mixture on top.
3. Transfer on a preheated grill (medium-low heat), cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cheese has melted.
4. Cut into strips before serving.

1 packet of instant yeast
salt
tomato puree
basil
cheese
olive oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the water, oil, and yogurt. Gradually mix in the flour, salt, and yeast.
2. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
3. Divide it into three parts and roll them out.
4. Let the dough cook in an oiled pan for 3 minutes on each side.
5. Add the tomato puree, basil, cheese and olive oil.
6. Cook for 5 minutes with a lid and serve.
