Homemade fried calzoni: how to make this amazing recipe

Ingredients:
For 8 panzerotti:
350 gr of 00 flour
35 gr of olive oil
8 g of fresh yeast
180/200 gr of warm water
1 pinch of salt
1 L of sunflower or peanut oil for frying
Filling:
300 gr of tomato sauce or peeled tomatoes
200 gr of mozzarella for pizza
1 pinch of salt
1 drizzle of olive oil
Directions:
You can decide to make this recipe by hand or with the mixer.
You mixed all the ingredients and operated the machine with kneading and rising methods.
If you make them by hand, dissolve the yeast in the water and mix with the flour, then add oil and salt. let rise until doubled.
Divide the dough into 8 parts and form some loaves, let rise again.
Roll out the rolls, fill them and fry them in hot oil.
