1) Banana cake: the most fluffy and easy recipe ever!
Perfect for everyday baking and occasions, just blend 3 bananas and let's make the most fluffy and delicious cake ever!
INGREDIENTS
• flour 250g
• sugar 150g
• Seed oil 100g
• 3 bananas
• 2 eggs
• lemon
• 1 pck baking powder
METHOD
Peel the bananas and put them in a blender together with sugar, juice and grated lemon zest, and mix well and add eggs, vegetable oil and mix again. Then add flour and baking powder, blend again for a few seconds.
Pour the banana mixture into the cake pan and bake at 180C/350F for 35-40 minutes.

Allow to rise 60 minutes. Divide the dough into two parts and let rise for 15 minutes.
Grease the molds with butter. Roll out the dough, then roll it into a roll and cut. Put in the form. Allow to rise 60 minutes. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 17-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and grease with butter.
