Focaccia "bombs": an amazing recipe to enjoy with your family

Ingredients:
Dough:
1 sachet dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 egg white
150 ml oil
150 ml hot water
300 ml milk
600 gr flour
Stringy cheese
1 yolk
Parsley to taste
Grated cheese
Directions:
Pour the dry yeast, sugar, salt, egg white, oil and water into a bowl. Then add milk and flour. Stir until a uniform mixture is obtained. Leave to rise until doubled in volume. Then divide it into 5 equal parts and let them rest for 20 minutes.
Roll them out and put them in a pan alternating with cheese and parsley. Finally let rise another 20 minutes and then brush the yolk. Insert the cheese and bake at 400°F (200°) for 45 minutes.
