INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 500g / 3 cups flour
• 10g baking powder
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 180ml / 6.3oz warm milk
• 250g / 1.7 cups ricotta
• 10g salt
• slices of salami
• cheese
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough.
- Divide the dough into portions and roll the balls.
- Roll the ball, put salami and cheese in the middle. Form pies.
- Deep-fry.
