This dessert is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS

Flour - 250g
Butter – 125g
Eggs yolk – 2
Salt
Baking powder – 5g
Lemon zest
Mascarpone – 500g
Ricotta cheese -200g
Egg
Milk – 60ml
Cherry jam
Icing sugar
Eggs yolk – 2
Salt
Baking powder – 5g
Lemon zest
Mascarpone – 500g
Ricotta cheese -200g
Egg
Milk – 60ml
Cherry jam
Icing sugar
METHOD
- Make dough from flour, sugar, butter, egg yolks, salt, lemon and baking powder.
- Develop it in a baking pan. Whisk mascarpone, ricotta, sugar, egg, and milk.
- Put the cream on the dough. Put jam over it, then cream again. Garnish with jam.
- Bake at 200C for 50 minutes.
- Sprinkle icing sugar.
