Castella chocolate cake: the recipe to make a fluffy dessert

Ingredients:
3 yolks
2 spoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of oil
2 spoons of yogurt
150 gr flour
1 vanillin sachet
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 egg whites
100 gr sugar
1 apple
Directions:
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, oil, yogurt, flour, vanillin and yeast.
Then whip the egg whites with the sugar and integrate with the rest of the dough. Pour into a mold and insert the apple slices.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
