Fluffy and stuffed girelle: the right choose to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
10 gr dry yeast
60 gr sugar
300 ml milk
4 gr salt
40 ml olive oil
30 gr butter
250 gr cream cheese
70 gr sugar
8 g vanillin
Raisins
Preparation:
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Then add the milk and start stirring, then add the oil. Let rise until doubled in volume.
In the meantime, mix the cheese with sugar and vanillin.
Roll out the dough, brush the butter and the mixture with the cheese.
Add the raisins and roll up. Cut into slices and let stand another 30 minutes. Brush the surface with yolk and milk and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
