Castella cake: the recipe to make the fluffiest dessert ever

Ingredients:
70 g of flour
70 g of butter
67 gr of milk
4 yolks
1 pinch of salt
6 g of honey
2 gr of vanilla extract
4 egg whites
73 g of sugar
Directions:
Melt the butter in the milk and add the yolks, salt, honey and vanilla extract.
Also add the flour.
Then beat the egg whites with the sugar and add the rest of the dough.
Pour the mixture into a 17 cm diameter mold and put it in a pan with water.
Bake at 280°F (140 °) for 15 minutes and at 300°F (150 °) for another 50 minutes.
