Almond cookies: the recipe to make them at home

Ingredients:
100 gr butter
60 gr sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
Vanilla extract
100 gr flour
120 gr almond flour
1 gr baking powder
Directions:
Soften the butter with the whisk and add sugar and salt.
Also add egg and vanilla extract.
Sift flour, almond flour and baking powder. Add the rest and make a loaf, leave it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Form the biscuits and brush the yolk together with the milk.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 15 minutes.
