Banana pudding: how to make it perfect with 5 ingredients!

Here's the perfect way to use ripe bananas! 

INGREDIENTS
 2 cups milk;
 3 eggs;
 2 medium ripe bananas;
 2/3 cup sugar;
 1/8 cup water.
 
METHOD
  1.  Add water into sugar and cook over medium heat until deep golden brown.
  2.  Pour caramel on the bottom of the baking pan and leave it until set.
  3.  Use a blender to blend bananas into a smooth puree.
  4.  Whisk banana puree with eggs and milk.
  5.  Pour banana and milk mixture over the caramel, cover with foil and bake on bain-marie at 180C/350F for 60 minutes.
