3 tasty recipes to empty out the fridge!

1) Mashed potato pancakes: easy to make and super delicious!
Without eggs and baking powder, they are super delicious!
INGREDIENTS
600g potatoes
80g parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
190g flour
ham
cheese
METHOD
1. Boil the potatoes or cook them in the microwave for about 10 minutes. Mash the potatoes and add the flour, and the Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
2. Spread out the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and cut out some circles. P
3. Place cheese and ham on one circle and then cover it with another circle.
4. Pour some olive oil in a pan and cook each pancake for 5 minutes on each side.
5. Your potato pancakes are ready to serve!

2) Fried Eggs with mushrooms: a cheap and delicious recipe with a few ingredients!

3. Cook 7/10 minutes and serve with salt and pepper.
