1) Lady fingers cake: a no-bake dessert ready in 3 easy steps!
Pour the melted chocolate over the lady fingers to make the most incredible no-bake dessert!
INGREDIENTS
• 1 pkg lady finger biscuits
• 300g chocolate
• 300ml cream
• 1 cup milk
METHOD
Melt chocolate with milk and cream in a small saucepan.
Cut the biscuits and mix with 1/3 of the chocolate mixture, then insert them into the baking form. Cover with the remaining amount of chocolate mixture and refrigerate for 3 hours.

• 100g butter
• 2 tbsp cocoa
• 400ml milk
• 200ml whipped cream
• 1 cup milk
• 2 1/2 cups coconut flakes
• 50g ghee
Chocolate sauce
• 200 ml cream
• 1 cup chocolate
• pistachios
METHOD
Crush cookies. Heat the butter and mix with cocoa, add milk. Pour this mixture onto cookies and mix.
Whip all the ingredients for the cream.
Wrap the form with foil. Put the cream, then cookies. Cover with foil and refrigerate.
Brew cream. Top with chocolate. Garnish with pistachio chips.

1 l of milk
50 gr butter
70 gr cocoa
160 gr of flour
190 gr of powdered sugar
3 tsp vanilla extract
Coconut
Whipped cream
METHOD
Boil the milk, add the sugar, how to mix the flour with the wire, then add the butter and vanilla extract.
After a large baking dish, sprinkle the coconut on baking paper, then pour out and spread the prepared mixture. Leave in the refrigerator for two hours.
Then whip the whipped cream and coat over.
Leave in the fridge for another 1h.
Cut and roll Coconut rolls.

400 ml (13.5 oz) full-fat cream, whipped;
150 g (5 oz) powdered sugar;
500 g (1 pound) biscuits, crumbled;
500 g (1 pound) frozen strawberries, chopped;
More whipped cream for decorating.
METHOD
Combine sour cream with powdered sugar. Fold whipped cream into the mixture, add crumbled biscuits and chopped strawberries.
Spread cake mixture into the springform and leave in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Remove the cake from the pan, decorate with whipped cream and serve.
