Fried mozzarella: you won't be able to stop at one!

INGREDIENTS

Fresh Mozzarella pearls
Eggs
Bread crumbs
1 cup Flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Bread crumbs
1 cup Flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
METHOD
- Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to flour and mix.
- Cover the mozzarella pearls in flour.
- Dip each pearl in egg and cover with breadcrumbs. Dip again in egg and then breadcrumbs.
- Place several in a storage container and freeze for up to 4 weeks.
- Fry in vegetable oil.
