4 amazing creamy dessert to eat with a spoon!

1) Chocolate mousse: a simple dessert to surprise everyone!
It's irresistible! You only need a few ingredients to make the best mousse of your life!
INGREDIENTS
Cream:
• 1L milk
• 2 egg yolks
• 4 tbsp starch
• 120g sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 pkg cream
• 1 pkg vanilla
• 160g chocolate
• cocoa cookies
METHOD
Pour the milk into the pan and add the egg yolks, sugar and starch. Bring to the boil and let it thicken. Then add butter, salt, cream and vanilla.
Finally, divide the cream into two parts and add the chocolate in one, mix until combined.
Add biscuits on the bottom of the glass and pour the white and chocolate cream on top.

2) Raspberry mousse cups: creamy and tasty, perfect for dessert!
INGREDIENTS
For the Raspberry Mousse:
10 oz frozen raspberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
3 cups heavy whipping cream
6 Tbsp powdered sugar
Filling and Garnish:
3 1/2 oz lady fingers, chopped
12 oz fresh raspberries
6 mint leaves
For the Simple Syrup:
1 cup warm water
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
METHOD
In a medium saucepan, cook the raspberries with sugar, then strain through sieve, pushing on the back with a spatula, and mix with lemon juice and gelatin. Cook for 5 minutes more on a low heat.
Whip the cream with powdered sugar, divide cream mixture into 2 parts and mix one part of cream with raspberry sauce. Fill two pastry bags with whipped cream and raspberry whipped cream.
Simple Syrup: mix together the ingredients and dip lady fingers.
Put the biscuits on the bottom of the glass, cover with raspberry whipped cream, layer fresh raspberries, and cover them with raspberry cream.
Decorate with whipped cream, fresh raspberry and mint.

• Extra pieces of cake
• 1 cup of cold water
• White chocolate chips

METHOD
Mix flour, cocoa, icing sugar. Add the yolks, milk. Cook.
Add butter and chocolate to the hot mixture. Mix well.
Add one glass of cold water with ice. Beat with a mixer.
At the bottom of the glass, put a piece of biscuit. Pour in the mousse. Decorate.
