1) Creamy cake: a delicious dessert ready with just 3 ingredients!
So creamy it'll melt in your mouth!
You only need 3 ingredients:
INGREDIENTS
10 eggs
220g sugar
1,5l milk
METHOD
Add sugar to the eggs and whisk until the mixture is frothy.
Then little by little pour the milk and continue whipping.
Finally, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 50 minutes.

4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon zest
140 g sugar
125g unsalted butter
500 ml milk
115 g flour
pinch of salt
ice sugar
METHOD
Separate 4 eggs. Whisk egg yolks with sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest, butter, milk and flour. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Combine with previous mass and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 360/180 degrees. For the next 40 minutes, bake at 320/160 degrees.
Cut into cubes and sprinkle with ice sugar.

3) Soft lemon pie: how to make a creamy and full of flavor dessert!
Creamy and tasty, if you love fresh-baked homemade pie you must try this!
INGREDIENTS
• 400g flour
• 130g icing sugar
• grated zest of 1 lemon
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 30ml vegetable oil
CREAM WITH LEMON:
• 150g sugar
• 50g cornstarch
• 1 egg
• 80ml lemon juice
• grated zest of 1 lemon
• 500ml water
METHOD
1. Prepare the cream by mixing all the ingredients in a saucepan. Put on the fire and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for a couple of minutes until the cream becomes thick. Allow it to cool completely, covering it with plastic wrap.
2. Mix all the ingredients of the dough. You will get a soft and not sticky dough.
3. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out and put the bottom cake in a rectangular baking form.
4. Top the dough with the cream.
5. Roll out the dough in a thin layer and cover the cream, seal the edges.
6. Bake at 180C/350F for about 35 minutes, until the dough turns golden brown.
7. Allow it to cool completely before slicing it into cubes.
