Stuffed eggplant: the method to try right now!

INGREDIENTS
Eggplant – 3 pcs
Ground beef– 500 grams
Onion
Garlic– 3 cloves
Paprika – 2 tsp
Hot pepper – 1 tsp
Salt
Pepper
Tomato – 3 pcs
Oil
Tomato puree

METHOD
  1. Cut the eggplant. Salt it and put it in the water. Mix together meat, onion, garlic, pepper, hot pepper, salt and pepper.
  2. Fill the eggplant.
  3. Make grated tomato sauce, salt pepper, pepper, pepper and oil. Pour sauce over eggplant.
  4. Bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes.
