Semolina cake: the Italian dessert you'll fall in love with!

So moist and flavorful, you must try this dessert!
INGREDIENTS
600ml milk
150g semolina
INGREDIENTS

150g semolina
90g butter
4 eggs
500g ricotta
250g sugar
lemon zest
orange essence
METHOD
1. Heat the milk with butter and lemon zest then sprinkle the semolina gradually, stirring constantly. Let it cool
2. Whisk the eggs with sugar, ricotta cheese and semolina.
3. Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake for 40/60 minutes at 180°C/360°F

3. Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake for 40/60 minutes at 180°C/360°F
4. Let cool completely, then sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
