Stuffed chicken rolls: the recipe for the second tasty dish

Ingredients:
300 gr chicken breast
500 gr mushrooms
1 onion
Coriander or parsley
Spices to taste
150 gr scamorza or cheese
Oil and salt
Directions:
Flatten the chicken with the meat mallet and season it with the spices you prefer.
Then fry the onion and add the mushrooms, finally add the coriander or parsley.
Stuff the chicken and roll up each slice. Cook in a pan with oil and then bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes to melt the scamorza.
