Churros pinwheels: a sweet treat ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
90g Unsalted butter
20g dark brown sugar
1g Salt
350g Water
180g All-purpose flour
150 ml egg
20g dark brown sugar

3g Vanilla extract
Sugar + Cinnamon powder
METHOD
- Pour water, salt and brown sugar into a pan over low heat and wait for it to boil. Remove from the heat, add the flour and mix. Heat again and mix until you have a smooth dough.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and spread it out to cool it. Mix eggs with vanilla and add to the dough. Mix and pour into a piping bag.
- Pipe out pinwheels and freeze for an hour.
- Fry.
- Mix cinnamon with sugar and cover each pinwheel.
