Upside down whole banana cake: moist, fluffy, delicious!

Pour the batter over the whole bananas, this is not the usual fruit cake!
INGREDIENTS

Cake mix:
2 eggs
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup water
½ cup oil
Bananas
Cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder

For the syrup:
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
METHOD
- Pour eggs, sugar, water, oil, flour and baking powder in a blender. Blend until you have a smooth mixture.
- Pour water and sugar into a pan until you get the caramel.
- Pour the caramel on a baking sheet, place slices of banana on top, lots of cinnamon and pour over the cake mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
