Giant fluffy cheesecake: the recipe to make a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
For the pastry:
3 Cups of Flour
1 ½ Cup powder sugar
2 Eggs + 2 Egg yolks
2 Tsp baking powder
250g Butter (cold)
Cheese filling:
1000g Soft cream cheese
1 Cup of sugar
2 Cups of milk
80g Potato starch
6 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Oil (vegetable)
2 Tsp Vanilla extract
Directions:
Crust: mix flour with sugar, eggs, baking powder and butter. Make a dough and spread it in a mold.
Filling: divide the egg yolk and the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar and the mix with butter, cream cheese, milk, potato starch, oil and vanilla. Finally whip the whites and add into the batter.
Pour on the base and bake at 400°F (200°) for 60 minutes.
