Stuffed bread with meat: a delicious recipe to feed a crowd!

INGREDIENTS
DOUGH
450 g potato
2 tbsp butter
2 ¼ cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp butter

FILLING
6 burgers (semi-frozen)
7 slices of burger cheese
Pickles
Ketchup, mustard and favorite sauce

METHOD
- Boil the potato, the save 5 tbsp of water from the boiled potato for later. Add butter to the potato and mash. Pour flour, yeast, sugar, salt and the egg into a bowl. Add the crushed potato and the cooking water and mix again. Massage the dough and let stand for 40 minutes.
- Cut small circles of meat from semi-frozen hamburgers and cook.
- Cut the dough into small pieces and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Re-massage each piece, flatten it, place pickles in the middle, a slice of cheese and then the meat. Wrap and make balls, place on a baking sheet. Cover with cling film and let stand for 20 minutes.
- Mix heavy cream with beaten egg and brush each bun at the top end. Sprinkle over sesame seeds.
- Bake for 13 minutes at 220ºC (425ºF)
