Chicken pockets: they are super easy to make!

Here's how to make a great dish in a few steps!
INGREDIENTS

Chicken legs 4
Mushrooms 300 g
Red pepper 2
Olive oil
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Cheese
Bechamel sauce 1 cup
Bechamel sauce 3 tbsp on top.
METHOD
- Clean the meat from bones and skin.
- In a pan fry mushrooms then add peppers and spices, mix with bechamel sauce. Put the fillings into the meat pieces and wrap it, transfer to a baking pan and spread some bechamel sauce on top.
- Bake at 180’C ( 356’ F ) for 30 minutes.
