Ricotta and zucchini casserole: the tasty meal to make easily

Ingredients:
1 kg zucchini
1 teaspoon salt
400 gr ricotta
5 eggs
120 gr flour
Salt and pepper
150 gr scamorza
Directions:
Grate the zucchini and salt them. Blend the ricotta with the eggs, salt and pepper. Then add flour, salt, pepper and zucchini. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 minutes.
