Spiral bread brioche: how to make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
350 ml milk
20 gr fresh yeast
50 gr butter
100 gr sugar
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1 gr vanillin
600 gr flour
50 gr dark chocolate
50 gr milk chocolate
180 gr jam
Directions:
Melt the yeast into the milk. Then add the melted butter, sugar, 1 egg, salt, vanillin and flour. Make a dough and leave for about two hours.
Melt the chocolate and fill the dough. Fold it and spread. Make the spirals and place into a baking tray. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 15-20 minutes. Then spread the jam and roll all.
