Eggless Naan bread: the way to cook it into a pan

Ingredients:
150 ml hot water
150 ml hot milk
1 tablespoons dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of oil
400 gr flour
Directions:
In a bowl pour water, milk and dissolve the dry yeast. Then add sugar, salt, oil and flour. Form a compact dough and let it rest for an hour. Then divide it into equal parts and let them rest for a couple of hours. Roll them out and form surface designs, cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
