Lemon pound cake: the recipe to make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
40 gr butter
200 gr sugar
360 gr cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 lemon
1/2 tsp baking soda
250 gr flour
Directions:
Mix the sugar with butter and the add cottage cheese.
Cut the lemon and blend it, add into the batter.
Finally add baking soda and flour.
Pour in a baking tray and bake at 400°F (200°) for 35-40 minutes.
