Here's the best way to reuse stale bread! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 1 onion
• 4 potatoes
•2 eggs
• salt
• bread
• cooking oil
 
METHOD
  1. Grate the onion, then grate the potatoes, mix and squeeze the liquid.
  2. Add 2 eggs and salt. Mix.
  3. Cut the bread into slices.
  4. Put potatoes on bread and fry potatoes down in a pan. Put potatoes on top of each slice of bread and turn over.
